Overview

MCP Cloud ("we", "us", or "the Service") provides hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers that allow AI agents to access third-party services on your behalf. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture to create and identify your account.
• Service credentials. Credentials you provide for your own integrations (for example API keys) are stored encrypted and are used only to fulfill your agent's requests.
• Google authorization tokens. If you enable a Google integration, we store OAuth tokens needed to call Google APIs on your behalf.
• Usage metadata. Basic operational data such as endpoint access timestamps used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use Google user data

When you connect Google Analytics or Google Search Console, MCP Cloud requests read-only scopes so that your AI agent can retrieve reporting data you ask for. We access this data solely to respond to your agent's requests. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

MCP Cloud's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the third-party services you explicitly connect (to fulfill your requests) and with infrastructure providers that host the Service, as necessary to operate it.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may disconnect an integration or delete an instance at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account and associated data, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.

Security

Sensitive credentials are encrypted at rest, and access to your endpoints is controlled with API keys that you can rotate or disable at any time. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
