1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using MCP Cloud ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

MCP Cloud provides hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoints that allow AI agents to access third-party services on your behalf. You are responsible for the credentials and integrations you configure and for how your agents use them.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and endpoint URLs, which grant access to your integrations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or breach the terms of any third-party service you connect. You are responsible for ensuring your use of connected services complies with their respective terms.

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers such as Google, Reddit and others. Your use of those services through MCP Cloud is also subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
